Minimum purchase amount is $500.00 USD. Depending on the design requested we can suply from 100 to 300 pieces a week of each item.

In the case of payments by bankwire (transfer) and if your order is less than $1,000.00 USD we add $18.00 USD comission fee, which the bank charges us for the transaction. The latter we include in the shipping costs.

The shipping cost is an estimate, so it can change according final parcel weight.

If your order consists of one or two pieces and there's no stock, we substitute for a similar one, if you DON'T want substitutions, give us instructions to not do it.

Also you can pay with Western Union or Money Gram, we will provide all details when we receive your order.

We do not take back nor change items you do not sell for any reason. We only take back broken or incomplete pieces that arrive in bad state when you receive them (this rarely occurs), and in case it does happen it must be reported to us no later than 3 days upon delivery at your address by the shipping company.

Our prices vary, we sell by gram or by piece, depending on the item by the final weight when they are produced or because they are subject to change depending on the international price for silver. These prices do not include shipping nor any other kind of expense, (such as special packing or international bankwire -transfer- fees), the prices we work with are FOB, and the IVA must be calculated and added to them.
