What is the minimum purchase?
We only sell by wholesale; same that you can take advantage of in the minimum purchase of $ 1500.00 M.N. (domestic sales) or US $ 300.00 (export sales) + shipping cost.
What payment methods do you have?

How do I check the status of my order?
You will be notified via email, phone or cell (WhatsApp) the status of your silver order, as well as the guide number once sent so you can follow up with the parcel provider.
How can I request an invoice?
When making your payment you must request and send your tax information, payment method and the last 4 digits of the payment account for billing to [email protected]
To make your invoice the VAT will be increased since our prices do not include it.
How can I send my order as a gift?
Applies only to retail purchases, requesting it via email to [email protected] indicating the complete address (street, interior and exterior number, colony, zip code, city and state) for shipment.
The pieces of jewelry that we do not have in stock will be replaced by others of the same price.
Where do you ship?
The shipments are to the entire Mexican Republic.
Silver exports are made to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South America, since we have the required permits.
What parcel service do you use?
National Shipments: Red Pack or FEDEX.
Shipments of Exportation: UPS or FEDEX.
If another company is required, it will be subject to the availability of the office in the origin city.
How long does my product arrive?
We supply orders of 3 days up to 2 weeks according to the requested quantity of the order of silver jewelry and merchandise in stock or production. The shipment can be with arrival at the destination the next day or 3 days (working days).
When using Paypal as payment method your order will be sent in 12 business days, we will contact you to confirm the payment date.
How much does the export shipment cost?
This will be quoted once the order is placed, since it depends on the destination, weight and quantity of the merchandise, as well as the selected parcel.
Each of the pieces is reviewed in detail before being sent, to ensure the quality of the silver jewelry and avoid refunds.
In case of receiving any piece in poor condition, you will only have 3 days to notify, via email [email protected], this situation as soon as you have received your package.
